V01 speeds south at the head of the P321 turn on the Manassas Line just before sunrise. In another 30 seconds, the northbound P328 would rush by on the adjacent track headed to the District.

Description:
A day after a surprisingly crippling snow storm, VRE was forced to run on its "S" schedule, meaning only half of its trains would run. Many areas of the NS Washington and CSX RF&P lines had downed trees over the tracks, such as the one seen in the bottom right corner, which I watched come crashing down to the ground the previous night.
